Whether you are a beginner runner training for your first 5K or a marathoner ready to PR, EnCourage offers run coaching specifically designed for you and your goals in-person or online. Your program can include a combination of the following services and will be completed catered towards you + your goals.


  • 1-on-1 in-person long run coaching with your coach by your side, pacing, motivating, and encouraging you throughout the entire workout

  • 1-on-1 in-person track workout run coaching with your coach keeping you accountable for your goals, pacing, and workout

  • Small group runs with workouts that fit right into your personalized plan (up to 5 people)

  • Fully customized training plan to complete on your own, pacing and strategy advising, daily and weekly check-ins, and ongoing coaching feedback
