Sticking to any kind of routine AND/OR staying active on vacation can sometimes feel impossible. The key to success is to plan your workouts and activities ahead of time so you can get in a good sweat before enjoying the rest of your day.

No, I was not on some tropical vacation, but I was out of my routine back in my hometown with a VERY packed schedule for 10 days so had to schedule in my active time. I didn't stick to my original plan I made before leaving and took 3 days off because #lifehappens.

The total roundup was 3 days of running, 4 days of HIIT/Circuit Training, and 3 days off in the midst of a chaotic schedule. And let me tell you, I was always a much happier person once I got my sweat on!
