POWER PLYO WORKOUT:

**All you need is a CHAIR**

Circuit 1:

Alternating Step Ups

Alternating Reverse Lunge-Step Ups

Alternating Step Up Pops

Decline Push Up

Burpee-Push Up-Step Up

20 Seconds on with 10 seconds rest between exercises

Repeat X4

Circuit 2:

R Step Up-Abductor

R Step Up-Knee Drive

R Step Up Pops

Tricep Dip-Hip Extension

Mountain Climbers

20 Seconds on with 10 seconds rest between exercises

Repeat X4

Circuit 3:

L Step Up-Abductor

L Step Up-Knee Drive

L Step Up Pop

Decline Cross Body Mountain Climbers

Plank Jack-Tricep Push Up

20 Seconds on with 10 seconds rest between exercises

Repeat X4
