At-Home Workout: DAY FOUR

HAPPY FRIDAY EVE! We have made it through 4 days of this new life. And it is starting to feel like Spring outside- HALLELUJAH!

Today's workout is all bodyweight - all you need is a timer and your wonderful self! Time it out to do during your lunch break or between meetings or during nap time.

This will get your heart rate up and help you swat out any of that built up stress.

Let's get moving-

TOTAL BODY HIIT:

CIRCUIT 1:

1:00 Jump Squat

1:00 Tricep Pulse

REPEAT for 30 seconds each

COMBO 10 Jump Squats + 10 Tricep Pulses for 1:00

CIRCUIT 2:

1:00 Skater Jumps

1:00 Push Up Jacks

REPEAT for 30 seconds each

COMBO 10 Skater Jumps + 10 Push Up Jacks for 1:00

CIRCUIT 3:

1:00 Russian Kicks

1:00 Plank - Hover - Shoulder Tap

REPEAT for 30 seconds each

COMBO 20 Russian Kicks + 10 Plank - Hover - Shoulder Taps for 1:00

CIRCUIT 4:

1:00 Reverse Lunge- Star Jump

1:00 V Up - Crab Crunch

REPEAT for 30 seconds each

COMBO 10 Reverse Lunge - Star Jump + 10 V Up - Crab Crunch

CIRCUIT 5:

1:00 Burpee - Squat

1:00 Plank - Alternating Toe Touch

REPEAT for 30 seconds each

COMBO 10 Burpee - Squat + 10 Plank - Alternating Toe Touch
