Here's a workout to start your weekend (inside) off right-

CARDIO CORE:

**All videos are on my Instagram

RUN 1-2 Miles or do 10-20 minutes of cardio of choice

Stuck at home? Run up and down the stairs or chase your dog or kids around for 10 minutes. Get creative and get that heart rate up :)

1:00 Jumping Jacks

20 (10 EL) Scissor Kicks

20 (10 EL) Plank-leg lift-knee drive

1:00 Donkey Kicks

20 (10 EL) Dead Bugs

20 (10 EL) Bird Dogs

1:00 Criss Cross Tuck Jumps

20 (10 EL) C-sit leg lift

20 (10 each side) Side Plank-Hip Lift

1:00 4 High Knees - 4 Mountain Climbers

REPEAT X2-5

OPTIONAL PYRAMID FINISHER:

100 Jumping Jacks

90 Scissor Kicks

80 Plank-leg lift-knee drive

70 Donkey Kicks

60 Dead Bugs

50 Bird Dogs

40 Criss Cross Tuck Jumps

30 C-Sit leg lift

20 Side Plank-Hip Lift

10 4 High Knees - 4 Mountain Climbers
