Today, we are focused on building that strength (and endurance as a little bonus). When you build physical strength, you build internal strength, too.
You will need a pair of dumbbells for this workout. No dumbbells? Grab some soup cans or water bottles- anything to add a little resistance will do! Here we go-
TOTAL BODY METABOLIC STRENGTH:
Circuit 1:
10 Deadlift - Row - Reverse Fly
10 Scissor - Rotating Chest Press
15 Reverse Lunge - Front Raise- OH Tricep Extension
20 (10 EL) Side Lunge - One arm
10 Push Up - DB Pull Through
REPEAT X2-4
Ladder Challenge:
1:00 Jumping Jacks
15 to 5 Burpees
15 to 5 Sit Ups
Start with 15 reps, then 10, then finish with 5
Circuit 2:
20 (10 Each Side) Snatches
10 Narrow Squat - Cross Body Curl
12 Chest Fly - Tricep Press
8 Arnold Press - Cross Body Crunch
15 Weighted Lemon Squeezers - Russian Twist
REPEAT X2-4

5 to 15 Burpees
5 to 15 Sit Ups
